How do I sign into the IT Help Centre?

When you access the IT Help Centre through the MyApps portal you will be automatically signed in and your name will appear in the top right profile bar.

If you have accessed the page and you see the sign in button at the top right please click on it and sign in using your NCI Student/Staff credentails.
